EVERYONE NEEDS TO REGISTER - EVEN IF YOU ARE A RETURNING TARPON!

THESE ARE YOUR DIRECTIONS FOR YOUR INITIAL SET-UP FOR THE VOLUNTEER SYSTEM.  PLEASE READ OR PRINT THE FOLLOWING:

To enter the Volunteer Registration website, you must do the following:

1.  Click on this link: http://www.supermeets.com/Index.cfm?StaffTrackerClient=89

2.  In the far upper right corner click - LOGIN AS USER.  This is VERY small and in blue lettering.  After you click Login as User, DO NOT ENTER YOUR E-MAIL AND PASSWORD HERE FOR FIRST TIME REGISTRATION.  You must click on  FIRST TIME USERS - Set up your account.  This is located BELOW the e-mail/password section near the bottom.

3.  Your family name is the LAST NAME ONLY of YOUR OLDEST SWIMMER. (Exceptions are Tran, J & Richter, N)

4.  TEAM PASSWORD IS SUPERMEETS.

5. Click Submit.

6. Enter Phone Number, E-mail, Password (you must create your own password for future use), and confirm your password.

7. Click Update Login.

8. LOG OUT - LOG BACK IN.  The next time you log in (click login as user - upper right corner in small blue lettering) - it will be under YOUR e-mail addres and the password you created for first time registration. 

9.  On May 17, UPCOMING EVENTS is where you need to go to see the meet schedule. The events will be posted at 8:00 AM. Login with your e0mail and the password you created.  ALL notices sent (reminders, changes, etc.) will be sent to the email address that you register with.

NOTE: The schedule has changed this year. It is HOME, AWAY, HOME, AWAY, HOME, AWAY.  Please take note of this as you are signing up.
