This will be the FIRST TIME for the Tarpons to visit Long Meadow Farms' pool for a meet. They've shared some important information with us below. If you have ANY questions, feel free to reply to this email. Give yourself PLENTY OF TIME TO PARK...it's limited at LM.

Pool: 21018 Long Meadow Farms Parkway, Richmond, TX, 77406.

PARKING: Like most pools, our parking is challenging. We'll have a drop-of spot for your swimmers. As part of our fundraising, LM givse some parking to family sponsors, so there's limited free parking in the main lot. WATCH the no parking signs in the areas that are off limits. We also have Adolphus Elementary School a couple of blocks down the street (Winston Ranch Pkwy), which has plenty of parking for overflow.

Swimmer Tenting: The Tarpons' tent area will be next to the main pool (on the south side of the pool), between the fence and the sidewalk. We will have people at the pool to help direct you by 3pm if you'd like to begin your setup early. This is a grassy area, so if there's any rain this week you'll want to bring tarps to lay down.

Concessions: We'll have a full concession stand with food, drinks, and snacks available for purchase.

Pool Access: LM recommends that parents bring folding chairs. The ends of the pool will be roped off for only workers and swimmers; no parents or siblings allowed. LM restricts the interior of the clubhouse to necessary workers (no children please). The clubhouse will primarily be full with scorekeepers, data entry, and concessions. Volunteers who need to enter this room, please do so from the pool side.

Ribbons: LM will have a tent with a table set up for ribbons, and six benches for the waiting recipients.
